Kate Hutchinson
Music journalist, broadcaster and DJ Kate Hutchinson has been riding the London airwaves for nearly two decades. Her show is full of great chat, lemon-fresh tunes and offbeat dancefloor heaters from across the genres. Listen out for her #LegendsOnly series, where she invites musical heavyweights into the studio, alongside live performances from emerging artists.
Kate has covered cutting-edge music and club culture ever since joining Time Out’s Nightlife team in the mid-2000s. She is a regular contributor to the Guardian and her stories on emerging sounds and artists have made several front pages of The New York Times, as well as appeared in The Sunday Times, The Wire, i-D, Vice and Mixmag.
She is behind two acclaimed podcasts: award-winning series The Last Bohemians, profiling maverick women in arts and culture, and Studio Radicals, which meets composers, producers, engineers and pioneers behind the mixing desk.
