Prize Draw Rules 

These rules apply to the Prize Draw process to attend the Live to Vinyl shows at Metropolis Studios. 

For the purposes of the below document:
“Organiser(s)” refers to Metropolis Studios, “Promoters” refers to Soho Radio and Jack Daniel’s, “Applicant(s)” refers to the primary ticket-holder who initially enters the Prize Draw “Guest” refers to the named person accompanying an Applicant 

These Prize Draw Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

1. Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible to apply for tickets.
2. All Applicants must provide proof of age (both for himself or herself, and for his or her guest) to the Organiser on request.
3. Each Applicant may only enter the Prize Draw once, regardless of the method of entry. Checks will be made to identify and exclude duplicate applications. 
4. Any person who makes more than one application may, without notice, be excluded from the Prize Draw. 
5. Applications may only be made online on the Soho Radio website. 
6. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the Prize Draw by email within one week of the closing date of the Prize Draw.
7. Applicants who are not initially successful will be held on a waiting list. If and when tickets become available, an offer of tickets will be sent to Applicants on the waiting list selected at random. 
8. Each successful Applicant will be asked to confirm their attendance at the event. The Organiser will require full details, as requested, from the Applicant for both attendees. 
9. If the Applicant fails to confirm attendance or provide the requested information by the date specified in the request, that Applicant will be deemed to have withdrawn his or her application (either in part, if the failure relates to a Guest, or in full if the failure relates to the Applicant). 
10. No responsibility is accepted by the Organiser for late or lost applications, and proof of sending an application is not proof of receipt. 
11. Applicants may request that their name is removed from the waiting list at any time.
12. Applicants placed on the waiting list will be notified by email or post within one month of the closing date of the Prize Draw. 
13. Once a successful Applicant has confirmed that he/she and his/her Guest will attend, and has satisfactorily provided the further information requested, the Organiser will send the requisite details for attendance to that Applicant before the event. 
14. Should a successful Applicant withdraw after the Prize Draw has been drawn, their ticket allocation will be deleted and neither the Applicant nor their Guest will be able to attend. 
15. If a successful Applicant or Guest is no longer able to attend or otherwise withdraws, that Applicant should notify the Organiser of the withdrawal as soon as possible. Any tickets which will not be used will be offered to persons the waiting list by random selection. 
16. Tickets cannot be transferred and can be used only by the Applicant and Guest 
17. The Organiser retains a discretionary right throughout to alter, amend or change the Prize Draw Rules and the terms and conditions of the tickets. 
18. The Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel, change or postpone the event or the Prize Draw, if it deems it appropriate to do so.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organiser, the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. The Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel, change or postpone the event or the Prize Draw, if it deems it appropriate to do so.
