We explore this month’s music news from around the world, celebrating the blues dominance with the Oscar win for Sinners, Tunisian Independence Day the Eastern spring festival of Nowruz, and why Finland has (yet again) been voted the happiest country in the world.

We’ve also got new music from Chile’s folk scene, the Occitan region of France, and Nicaragua. Our Album Anniversaire is one of Blur’s big genre changes, and our London Spotlight Artist of the Month is a saxophonist and composer working in spiritual jazz.
