DJ Kajsa is not just another DJ. Based in Berlin, with roots in Gothenburg (Sweden), she carries the sensitivity and depth of a trained dancer into the art of music curation. Her journey began in her early teens at one of Sweden’s most respected contemporary dance academies, where she immersed herself in movement through ballet, contemporary, jazz & hip-hop dance. Later, a move to London, sees her expand her vocabulary through waacking and voguing, modern styles that deepened her relationship to self-expression, and community.

This lifelong connection to movement translates into her DJ sets. Deep, rich in rhythm, and emotionally grounded. Kajsa approaches music not as a vehicle for attention, but as a space for self expression. She guides herself & dance floors through layers of soulful music with touches of African-inspired sonics. Her sound is not easy to label but sits comfortably between Afro soul and timeless universal dance grooves.
