Bobby’s penultimate Friday night show of 2025 is here to kick off the weekend

Just under 50 tracks in the crate including new music from Breis, Close Counters, DE LA SOUL, DJ Harrison, eejebee, Eliza, Elmiene & Ghostface Killah, Fracture & Neptune, Georgia Black & Zed Bias, Hit Boy & The Alchemist, The Last Poets, Major Lazer, Momoko Gill, Oliver Night, Reek0, Reuben Vincent & 9th Wonder, Samiel on CoOp Presents, Sampa the Great, Skyzoo, Tommy Richman & Brent Faiyaz, Victoria Jane, Westside Gunn and more.

There’s also special tributes to Steve Cropper (guitarist for the Stax house band, Booker T & The MGs and the Blues Brothers), Jellybean Johnson (the guitarist for Minneapolis band The Time and Jam & Lewis’ Flyte Tyme productions) and the reggae legend Jimmy Cliff.

There’s also a few more classics along the way from Chaka Khan, Cymande, Fine Young Cannibals, Rene & Angela and Teedra Moses, and First Word’s Georgie Sweet takes on Donny Hathaway especially for the festive season.
